A once-off setup fee of R350 applies to all hosting packages.
Monthly payments must reflect via EFT on or before the 1st of each month. Late payments may lead to service suspension.
A R350 reconnection fee will apply if services are suspended due to non-payment.
Debit orders are processed on the 28th of each month. Clients opting for this will be contacted for authorisation.
Clients are responsible for keeping their contact and billing details up to date.
No refunds are issued for partial months or early cancellation.
Experience-IT is not liable for data loss due to client-side errors or failure to keep backups.
Website design and development services are referred to our business partner, Adworx. Pricing is determined and charged directly by Adworx. A basic one-page website starts at R1 500. Experience-IT is not responsible for website content, design, or billing related to Adworx services.
